The website may collect basic device, browser, and usage information through cookies or similar tools.

We use information to check availability; confirm and complete bookings; arrange pickup and drop; document vehicle condition; provide status updates, support, invoices, and refunds; investigate complaints or damage claims; prevent misuse; maintain systems; and meet legal and accounting requirements. Where required, we seek a separate choice before sending promotional messages. Customers may opt out of marketing, although messages necessary for an existing booking may continue.

We share information only as needed with assigned drivers, service personnel, payment, hosting, and messaging providers, professional advisers, insurers, and authorities where appropriate. We use reasonable safeguards and retain information for as long as needed for services, disputes, required records, and legal obligations. We do not use identifiable photographs of a customer’s vehicle, registration plate, home, or person in advertising without appropriate permission.
